To provide world class customer service to all ROBUS customers, internal & external.

To maximise every opportunity to generate additional value.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional & high-quality service & support to all customers & colleagues
  • Working as and being part of a supportive team
  • Responding to all calls and sales enquiries in a helpful, efficient & friendly manner
  • Answer calls promptly (within 10 seconds)   
  • Maintain above target levels on Call Quality scores
  • Managing ‘fasttrackmyorder’ mailbox and filing system                                   
  • Entering Sales Orders onto our SAP system as accurately as possible
  • Contacting customers to advise of order status
  • Make outbound calls to increase pack quantities & values for break prices
  • Taking part in Daily Team Kick-Start meetings                       
  • Replying to info@robus.com emails
  • Responding to Live Chats via ROBUSdirect portal                                                      
  • Dealing with, following through of all enquires and any concerns raised
  • Support to External Sales Teams. i.e. Promote special offers to customers, daily & monthly reporting assistance, keeping them in the loop with all customer interactions

It will also give you an opportunity to assist with an exciting project to improve and streamline internal processes in order to continue to provide best in class service to the business.

For the second year, graduates will have the opportunity to work in a series of interesting and varied roles which will give you a full understanding of our business. Graduates are assigned with projects and mentors. LED Group ensures that we utilise the knowledge and expertise of our people through a graduate mentoring programme.

Role

  • To support the Vegas Range of products. This support includes technical, design, quoting, cut to length and product
  • Support the sales team with any queries or issues relating to the Vegas Range
  • To contribute to continuous improvement in Technical Department KPIs

Key Metrics: Ensure Robus service level for the Vegas Range is best in class

Responsibilities

  • Support the internal and external departments with product queries and issues
  • Co-ordinate with Vegas admin on design and quoting details
  • Complete AutoCAD and lighting designs for customers
  • Give technical support to contractors and customers on installation methods
  • Work with the conversions department to ensure cut to length turnaround times are within KPI’s
  • Prepare training material
  • Maintain metrics and generate reports to demonstrate progress

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of product certification and compliance.
  • To contribute to continuous improvement in Technical Department KPIs.

Key Metrics: Ensure Robus products are compliant in all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate certification requirements for lighting products across all markets, including local product approval schemes.
  • Co-ordinate with multiple departments to make sure product certification is produced before launch.
  • Sign off on all certification and testing reports.
  • Prepare Declarations of conformities and other documents needed for each market.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance and carry out continuous improvement activities on the product certification process to best meet the needs of the business as it develops.
  • Maintain a standards library for each market.
  • Complete project work in relation to compliance for new or existing markets.
  • Maintain metrics and generate reports to demonstrate progress.
  • Assist in technical support functions as required.
  • Other tasks, duties as assigned by department manager.
